Shipping
The majority of my work will not fit into flat rate boxes. I ship out of San Diego, CA, and I tend to underestimate my shipping costs, especially to the east coast. I use the best packing materials, and pack the ceramics very generously so it complies with the USPS insurance packing requirements.
Shipping in general is very expensive, so I try to offset the expense by reasonably pricing by work. If the stated shipping charge is $3.00 or more than the actual shipping/packaging costs, I will refund the difference.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Because of the nature of hand-building there will be slight variations in size, texture and glaze colors. The photos that you see on the computer are representative, but can vary slightly depending on the screen you are viewing. I will only refund or exchange something, 5 days from receipt, if there is an obvious defect or if it’s broken during shipping.
My main goal is that you enjoy my work as much as I enjoyed making it!
